John Percey joined the Board with expertise in construction in 2005, followed by Peter Conquest with extensive experience in financial services in 2011. Former Principal of Allfreight Insurance Brokers, Martin Scollon also became a Director and shareholder of PNOinsurance in 2014. Most recently, Anthony Bourke joined the team in 2017 to spearhead the PNOlife component of the business.
The business changed its name from Philp, Newby and Owen to PNOinsurance in January 2013, and acquired Allfreight Insurance Brokers in July 2014, which is now recognised as PNOallfreight.
